About Me
I started practicing yoga in 2022. Yoga was gifted to me as a suggestion from a friend, and I was hooked after one class. As an exercise enthusiast, I didn't expect it to become anything more, much less something that would change my life.

Initially, my yoga practice was very asana-based, focusing on the physical aspect. It was all about sweating it out, and I was mainly into Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and doing all the hard postures.

Six months into the practice, I got a job opportunity in Bali, and that's where my practice took an unexpectedly deeper turn.
Where I once only enjoyed a ‘hard style’ of yoga and breathwork, I slowly found myself drawn to slowing down.

Now, I enjoy both equally, as I see the importance of balancing them for my physical and mental well-being.

Besides yoga, I also enjoy other exercises such as HIIT, weight training, and freediving. I am always open to new activities that challenge me and contribute to my overall fitness and well-being.

My goal is to inspire movement and mindfulness in people of all ages and help them find balance and inner harmony.

My Philosophy
My philosophy centers around creating a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore the mind-body connection through yoga.
I believe in the transformative power of yoga, integrating asanas with inner self-exploration to promote holistic wellness for physical and mental well-being, guiding students towards a deeper understanding of themselves physically and internally.

Parinama-vada, a concept rooted in the ancient texts of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, highlights the idea that everything in the universe is in a constant state of flux and transformation.
As a teacher, it's vital for me to incorporate this concept by embracing the continuous growth and transformation in students' physical, mental, and spiritual aspects, always adapting to their unique goals and needs.
