​Yoga is a holistic practice for the body, mind, and spirit. In my classes, I incorporate various yoga elements that I personally practice and cherish—such as asanas, pranayama, yoga nidra, and the soothing sound of a singing bowl—to nourish your entire being according to your goals and needs.

Relax, Re-Balance

My teaching style emphasizes being present with movement and breathing, while gradually working towards challenging poses with patience and mindfulness.​

 

I encourage students to move at their own pace, truly feel the bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions that arise during the practice.

Dynamic Flow

Energizing

A hatha/vinyasa-based class for practitioners who want to deepen their Asanas practice. This class is designed to celebrate the dynamism of the human body.

 

It is an opportunity for beginners to bring their postures into alignment and for seasoned practitioners to take on challenging postures.

 

All are working towards a state of “Sthira Sukham Asanam”, where a meditative state is experienced by moving into the pose with steadiness and ease.​

Inner Harmony

Balancing

This flow is dedicated to cultivating inner harmony between the mind, body, and spirit through movement of the body, breath control, and stilling of the mind.

​​

You will be guided through Pranayama, enhancing your practice by incorporating breath control techniques that promote mental clarity and balance emotions.

​​

The class won’t be too fast; however, you will move through an invigorating and well-rounded practice to build strength and find balance.

Safe & Sound

Relaxing

A slow-paced class that provides relief from the hustle and bustle by focusing on the flow of sound and grounding.
 

It is about the here and now. This practice will begin with a simple meditation and connecting the breath to calm the mind and body.

 

Releasing tension and tightness through movement as you listen to your own breath and ease into Yoga Nidra and Singing Bowl for deeper relaxation.

This class encourages a deeper connection with both the physical and subtle aspects of your being.

These classes are thoughtfully structured based on my experience practicing different styles and the feelings I experienced during or after each practice.

 

Each class is designed with specific intentions and purposes in mind. I would like to give space for you to explore different modalities and to find your own yoga.

 

It is an invitation for seasoned practitioner to experience various elements and qualities of yoga and the feelings it might evoke through each session.

 

As well as a guide for beginners who may be unfamiliar with the practise and to empower them to navigate through various components of yoga practise with ease, clarity, and confidence.
